    Currently open under new ownership. Lots of attention paid (litteraly) to restoration. The pools look great and the boss is a nice guy! as of 6-24-09

    I grew up here, on the corner of 10th and Avenue S. The conditions when I was a child weren't exactly what I would call "squalid", but it was indeed a rough part of town. However, seeing your childhood home essentially wiped off the map is quite sad, no matter how "undesirable" your neighborhood may have been.
